J. Raven had spent most of her life traveling around the US or abroad. She managed to find a bookstore in every city she visited, getting lost inside the pages of the books she purchased. She began writing when she was a little girl and it slowly grew into something she loved doing.

Now that she isn’t traveling as much anymore, she spends her time writing her own stories at her quiet little home by the lake.

​Why is it taking so long to write the next book in the series?
I have been dealing with some health issues, but I am working on it whenever I can. I have discussed it in detail in my Facebook group Wilde Raven's Steamy Reads.

Are you planning on adding more books to the Sanctuary Series?
Yes, I have started working on the 4th book, which is yet to be titled. I will mention the title and cover in my Facebook group, Wilde Raven's Steamy Reads. ​

What kind of shifter and weres do you write about?
I currently have werepanthers, werewolves, bear shifters, and dragon shifters. I also have a few witches and a mage character.

Do you have any other shifter/were books?
Yes, I have a few published already. Two are in the Deerskin Peaks Series, available on Amazon and Kindle Unlimited. I have plans to write quite a few more in this series, as well as in the Sanctuary Series and in another series yet to be named.

Do you have plans for another book in the Deerskin Peaks Series?
Yes, Saved By the Merman is the 3rd book and will be released in 2025.
